Returns for any reason will not be accepted if it does not have an RMA number. This number can be obtained by contacting us via phone or email. We will take your information and assign the RMA number. This allows us to serve you in the most efficient manner.
Please include a detailed description of the problem you were experiencing along with your contact information. If you are returning the device for a warranty claim, you must also include a copy of the original receipt.
Please remember that for most repairs, we only need the power module.
